What areas do you deliver your equipment to?
We provide bouncy castle, soft play and game hire throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire, including Gnosall, Stafford, Eccles hall, Cannock, Penkridge and lots more surrounding areas. Please visit our 'Areas We Cover' page for more information, or check our availability page, which will advise if delivery is included, or cost of fee if applicable.

How do I book?
The easiest and quickest way to book is through our website, here you can check the availability and prices of all our products and book your chosen hire. Alternatively, you can contact us via the website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, telephone and SMS. All the details can be found on our 'Contact Us' page
Can I hire for corporate events?
Yes! All of our equipment is perfect for school fairs, community events, corporate days and more. If your local authority likes to see additional checks, we have those too. Contact Us to discuss custom packages and bulk hires.
What happens if it rains?
Your safety and enjoyment are our main priority. Light rain is usually fine, and the equipment can still be used, and we will talk you through this in more detail on delivery. If the weather is too severe and unsafe conditions, we will contact you the morning of your hire to discuss your options.
When and how do I pay for my hire?
There is no need to pay a deposit, we base our bookings on trust. Payment is collected in cash when our team arrives to set up your hire.
How many children can use the bouncy castle at one time?
Capacity depends on size of the bouncy castle, and age of the children. Each castle has a recommended maximum, which is detailed on the front of each one.
Do the hires need electricity?
All of our bouncy castles and inflatable games need electricity, yes. We will bring plenty of extension leads with us, but we will need an outlet near the set up area.
Can you set up outdoors on hard surfaces?
No. If you are booking a hire for outdoors, there must be a real grassed surfaced area for the install. Our equipment needs to be pegged down into place for health and safety reasons, therefore hard surfaces are not appropriate.
How long does it take to set up and pack away?
For a standard bouncy castle hire, this is usually 20 minutes. If you hire multiple items for hire, of course this will take a little longer.
How long do I get the equipment for?
In short, as long as you need it. A full days hire is 8am to 8pm. If you are hiring to a venue or community centre, please advise us upon booking the times you will have access, when your event starts and finishes, so we can ensure we can accommodate these times.
We will confirm your delivery and collection time with you, but please ensure when requesting these you allow for all external factors, such as traffic, that could affect us getting to you. We usually suggest a 1 hour window either side of your event, to be flexible and cause as little disruption as possible.
We also do offer overnight hire, with an additional charge of £30 to keep it until the next morning.
