Customer service is spot on.
The variety of inflatables and extras, such as soft play and the wiggle cars, is great!
From start to finish, the whole process was flawless.
Most importantly, Kurt brings so much fun to parties with the service he provides - the children absolutely loved everything!
I think the most popular were the wiggle cars, even our eldest (11) was whizzing around on one for most of the day!
Very reasonably priced especially for the efficient set up and packing away Kurt does.

Brilliant fun day with the bounce and slide inflatable for our 9-year old’s birthday. Great service with delivery on time and pick up at a time convenient for us. Helpful, good communication, friendly and accommodating our desired inflatable to fit in the space. Definitely will be using again on a regular basis and sharing/recommending. Brilliant service, really friendly and punctual staff. We hired the party castle and the small ride ons for a 5th birthday party, the kids loved it they didn't want to leave. Ordered a Bouncy Castle for a Birthday Party.
Was very simple to order and at a brilliant price compared to other local Bouncy Castle Bussiness.
The gentleman who delivered the bouncy castle was very polite and helpful and set up the bouncy castle very quickly.
He showed us the basic controls and gave us the safety guidance of how to use the bouncy castle.
The bouncy castle looked brand new so must have been well looked after.
Would definitely use and recommend Jump and Bounce for anyones birthday parties or events.

Highly recommended. Jump and Bounce were super helpful and professional from the start. Great prices and a nice selection of castles. They were so accommodating when we had to make last minute changes (thanks weather 🙄) to the size and location of the bouncy castle. We were happy to pay the price for the bigger castle which we ordered but they would only accept the price of the smaller one. The kids loved it! The guy who set up and dismantled was really friendly too. Will definitely hire from Jump and Bounce again 😁

I was so happy that I was able to get a bouncy castle for my coronation bbq after I had left it so last minute. The guys at jump and bounce did amazing though and were able to get me one. The children all had a fabulous time and I couldn’t have been happier. They were able to drop off and bring up at the times I needed too which made my day stress free.
